The New Nordward Sustainability Report

2021 marked a new beginning for the Nordward Group, with a new focused strategic approach towards the implementation of sustainable measures. This was the year we laid the foundation for a three-year sustainable business development strategy for Nordward.

With our newly released 2021 sustainability report, we have set ourselves ambitious goals for the years to come, and 2025 is the beacon on the horizon that we sail towards. Being at the forefront of the food industry’s transformation towards sustainability is paramount to the Nordward Group.

In order to further and support conservation of marine biodiversity, we aim to significantly increase the share of fish we procure from low-impact fisheries, and by the same token to minimise the share of fish originating from bottom-contacting fishing.

We are conscious of the fact that a healthy balance of the world’s ecosystems is vital for our common future.
