The 2022 Nordward Sustainability Report

Most significantly 2022 was the year where we started to measure in detail on all seafood purchased throughout the company. After all, seafood is our anchor and sold throughout all entities of our business. Seafood is highly challenging to grasp in terms of sustainability, as there is yet to be put a value on life in the sea. What we do know is that the way we source has an impact on the surrounding habitat and therefore it is important for us to highlight the areas where our business has a large impact as well as promoting the areas that have a lesser impact.
